Alleyne Hall has been writing verse for over ten years. She creates narratives as well as poetry, often with a focus on nature and spiritual concerns, along with travel and family matters. Through Catchment, she has developed a series of poems paying tribute to her late father Les Hall, who was a police constable. A member of the Baw Baw Arts Alliance, Alleyne is also devoted to painting in oils.
