Notes for Free stalls to under 18 year old applicants

Subject to availability, Bbaa has free sites for applicants under 18 years of age as an encouragement and to foster the Arts.

1. We need the name of each stallholder present on these stalls.
2. Each of the stallholders must be members of Bbaa (Choose a Full Time Student membership type)
3. Stallholders under 15 YOA must have parental consent and the parent (or responsible person) should be present at the market.
4. We need the contact details of the primary stallholder.

We receive a lot of photos so we limit the file size of each photo to 2mb. Often phone cameras are set to the highest resolution which make the photos taken huge in size so often the simplest solution is to reduce the camera resolution before taking the photo but if it is an existing photo (and you are unable to retake the photo) you will need to reduce the file size before uploading. Here are a few tips which may help.

If using an iPhone, use the square mode camera.
If using an Android, change image ratio to 1:1
Use the FRONT facing camera.
Email the image to yourself first as most email clients give you the option to reduce image file size.
Save the image as a lower resolution photo.
