How to Use the Station Gallery Space Application Form.

First we suggest that you thoroughly read the Terms and Conditions so you will be familiar with the Gallery Space , type of exhibitions and prices for Members and non Members. Click on the link on the next line to view , you may also print or save a copy for reference.

Terms & Conditions

> Next, click on the Tab below entitled Available Gallery Space where there is a table showing the dates available for each of the Gallery Space’s which you can then use when filling out the form. If your preferred month is not available and no other months are suitable please register your desire to have an exhibition by email here.

>Now click on the Exhibition Space Application tab to start filling out the form, whilst your in the form you may click on the Available Gallery Space tab or the Terms and Conditions link at any time for information.

BTW. If you would like to return to the form whilst filling it out , just click the Save and Return button at the at the bottom of the form, put in you email address and you will receive a link so you can return later to complete the form.

Pricing Schedule

All prices mentioned are per month.

Solo Exhibitions

The cost is $200 per exhibition [$240 for non Bbaa members]

Shared Exhibitions

Exhibitions are shared up to 4 artists. Cost is $200 per exhibition. [$240 for non Bbaa members]

Group Exhibitions

At least one member of the group must be a member of Bbaa, its preferable this Bbaa member is also the organiser.
Cost per exhibition is $200.

The Wall

Only Bbaa members can apply for the Wall Space which is 5 metre long by 2.3 metre high and is $20.

Shared Exhibition

Please provide names and contact details of other artists involved in a shared exhibition.

Example of Artworks

Artists must submit some examples typical of their work to be considered for exhibition.

Please indicate if these are examples of the actual work to be exhibited or indicative of your work in general.

Click on the Column Name to Sort, to view for a particular year put it in the Search.
