Louise Hopewell is a Naarm/Melbourne-based poet, playwright and songwriter. Her major writing awards include the John Bird Dreaming Award for Haiku, 2021 and the Diotima Prize for Philosophy, Drama and the Female Voice, 2023. When not writing, Louise can be found riding her bicycle or playing ukulele.
