Em Thomas-Wilson is a writer who moved to Naarm/ Melbourne after growing up on Whadjuk Noongar country, in Boorloo/ Perth and the South West. These, her first published poems, deal with the emotional experience of preservation—its possibility, its impossibility—and with place-being as both an active and receptive process.
