Jan O’Loughlin is a retired teacher living in Sydney. She loves writing poetry and singing in choirs equally. Her tanka has been published in Eucalypt and in Ribbons (Tanka Society of America). Jan’s tanka about seagulls received an honorable mention in the 2023 Sanford Goldstein International Tanka Contest.
